Terms of Service

Last updated: August 19, 2026

1. Service

TokenSurf provides AI agent testing, monitoring, quality improvement recommendations, and defensive security review. The exact scope, schedule, deliverables, and fees for an engagement are confirmed in writing.

2. Customer authorization

You confirm that you are authorized to ask TokenSurf to test the AI agent, website, policies, and customer journeys you provide. You must identify any systems, actions, or data that are outside the approved scope.

3. Safe testing

TokenSurf uses synthetic customer scenarios and non destructive methods unless a different scope is agreed in writing. We do not make real purchases, alter customer records, submit real credentials, or contact third parties as part of standard mystery shopping. We do not perform cybersecurity testing unless the customer has explicitly authorized it in writing and the scope has been agreed. Defensive security reviews do not include penetration testing.

4. Customer materials

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of policies, brand guidance, test accounts, access details, and other materials you provide. You should not send production customer data unless it is necessary, authorized, and agreed in advance.

5. Findings and recommendations

Reports describe the behavior observed in the tested conversations. AI systems can change between runs, so a report does not guarantee future behavior or identify every possible failure. Recommendations are provided for quality improvement and should be reviewed by the people responsible for your systems and policies.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, payment dates, and renewal terms are stated in the written proposal or invoice. Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other party and will use it only for the agreed work. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source.

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your materials, policies, brand guidance, and systems. TokenSurf retains ownership of its methods, reusable scenarios, tools, and templates. You may use the reports and recommendations delivered for your internal business purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. TokenSurf's total liability for an engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement according to the written proposal. Fees remain due for work completed and approved costs incurred before termination.
